FIVE DAY PEARL OF AFRICA EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE
Welcome to Uganda the Pearl of Africa!
This four day exceptional pearl of Africa experience has been carefully designed to give you the ultimate feel of Uganda. Your tour will focus on some of the most impressive sights and history of Uganda that have earned this serene country the brand name of “The pearl of Africa”!
Your Tour Highlights;
Meet and greet dinner and cultural evening, Source of the Nile River, Namugongo martyrs shrine, Buganda royal palace & the torture chamber and Queen Elizabeth national park.
DAY1, Arrival:
Upon your arrival in Uganda, you’ll be welcomed by our well experienced guide at Entebbe international airport. You will be transferred to Kampala where you will be hosted for a meet and greet dinner where you will also enjoy a cultural entertainment to give you a warm welcome feel in the pearl of Africa. This dinner will be at Ndere centre in Ntinda; one of the best cultural entertainment spots in Uganda. After your dinner and encounter you will go to your place of accommodation at Imperial Royale hotel.
DAY2, Jinja Source of the Nile:
At 6:00am you will be driven to Jinja where the Nile River starts its long journey of over 6000km to the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt. You will explore the source of the Nile coupled with activities such as canoeing and kayaking around the Nile source. After the fascinating source of the Nile experience, you will return to Kampala for a leisurely evening city stroll to catch some of the dramatic sights of Kampala, (Dinner and overnight at Imperial Royale hotel)
DAY3 Greater Kampala City Tour:
Welcome to Kampala the city of seven hills!
After your delicious breakfast prepared from Ugandan fresh and abundant foods, you will be taken to Namugongo martyrs shrine; a place where former king of Buganda Mwanga burnt alive over forty martyrs who could not renounce their faith in Christ. The tour will give you a great history about Buganda kingdom and spread of Christianity, Islam and Uganda’s journey to its independence in the early 1800s.
After the Namugongo tour, you will continue your day with a visit to Buganda royal palace and former President Idi Amin’s torture chambers where you will be told a lot of historical events that shaped the current state of Uganda. The tour will leave you with a lot to appreciate especially where most of Uganda’s history revolves around Buganda region. After this tour you will be taken for lunch and then take on a long journey to south western part of the country. You will have a stopover at the equator monument for experience. Reach late evening in Mbarara for your overnight and dinner (Lake View Resort Hotel).
DAY 4 Queen Elizabeth National Park:
Queen Elizabeth national park is Uganda’s premium park and is strategically located at the western edge of Uganda bordering Democratic Republic of Congo with extensive savannah plains, dense tropical forests and a wealth of numerous sparkling crater lakes. With Mount Ruwenzori providing a dramatic backdrop in the northern far end of the park, Queen Elizabeth is an ultimate destination of choice.
You will leave Mbarara at 07:00am and head to Queen Elizabeth national park, some 120km away passing through beautifully looking hills and agricultural villages above all an opportunity to stop and have a panoramic view of the park with endless plains dotted with sparkling lakes.
On reaching the park, you will be taken through a game drive to explore the park’s residents. So many animals including Elephants, Buffalos and a variety of antelopes can be sighted in this park giving you a true taste of African safari.
After your lunch you will relax at Mweya peninsula with options of visiting the museum as you wait to go for another rewarding boat launch trip. Boat cruise along the Kazinga channel is an experience you will always live to remember! So many animals flock the shore of this channel for water and cooling not forgetting the numerous colorful birds; the boat cruise is just amazing! After the cruise, return to your lodge for overnight and dinner (at Mweya safari lodge)
DAY 5 Ishasha Section Of Queen Elizabeth National Park:
Very early in the morning at 07:00am, you will head to the southern section of the park called Ishasha. This is a purely savannah section and is home to tree climbing lions which are only found here in the whole of Uganda. Prepare to search for these large cats resting in branches of fig trees, plus many other species of wildlife that you will encounter. By 11:00am you will end your tour with so many other sights as you leave the Pearl of Africa. You will transfer to Entebbe airport for your night flight.
Cost of Tour: 2245$ Per Person
Minimum number required for this tour is 6 persons
NOTE;
Cost is inclusive of the following;
Transportation vehicle and fuel during the tour, Tour of source of the Nile, Tour of Buganda royal palace and former president Idi Amin’s torture chambers, equator experience, 2 game drives in Queen Elizabeth national park and a boat cruise along Kazinga channel
The cost also includes a meet and greets dinner and cultural evening on the day of arrival, accommodation in a 5 star Imperial Royale hotel, accommodation and dinner at Lake View hotel Mbarara, accommodation on a full board in a high end hotel in Queen Elizabeth national park (Mweya safari lodge), lunch on day 1 and day 2 of the tour.
Cost also includes all entry charges to places mentioned on the tour, experienced English speaking guide and company’s mark up.
Exclusions:
The cost does not include the following;
Air travel ticket ,Visa (50$), buying of personal items e.g. drinks except those included with meals, airtime, tips, souvenirs, insurance and any other item not mentioned in the itinerary.

NB:
* ITINERARY AND COST IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE (CUSTOMIZATION) DEPENDING ON CLIENT’S PREFERENCE AND BUDGET.
* The attractions included on your itinerary can be visited any time of the year, however June to October and December to March offer great weather for outdoor tours as there is not a lot of rainfall within these months.
