Detailed Price Information, No Surprises:
Our holiday programs have a price guideline enabling you to see what is included and even those items that are not included for example departure taxes for international flights etc. These are to give you a guideline of the costs of your holiday which can fluctuate to your advantage. We suggest that you confirm with Vacations Quest, all prices at the time of booking.
We are there to assist you from the time of arrival until you depart. We arrange meet and assist, airport transfers in all our destinations with friendly staff of our ground handling operators always willing to help. This is an optional service and must be requested for at the time of booking.

Arrival & Departure Airport transfers:
In addition to being met on arrival, in most of our destinations, we include transfers from and to the airport/ hotel. This can be upgraded to a private vehicle exclusively for your use at a supplementary cost- to be requested at the time of booking.

Pre-planned Safari /Holiday packages:
All our pre-planned drive in itineraries allow you to explore the destination of your choice at your own pace , whilst benefiting from a pre-booked hassle free accommodation, route suggestions, return transport and all entry fees where applicable as will be advised. Our fly in programs are designed to allow maximum time spend game viewing in the parks while limiting the time spent driving to the destinations- sometimes on bad roads!

Assistance 24/7:
We have carefully chosen our overseas Ground operators for their ability to look after you. Their reputation for quality and reliability matches the high levels of service you would expect on any Vacations Quest. Holiday. Should you need any assistance or info during your stay, all you need to do is call- we offer 24 hour service call line in most destinations.

Guaranteed Departures:
Vacations Quest guarantees every scheduled departure in our website/ brochure with a minimum of two pax. Once we receive your deposit, your safari will operate as scheduled. We don’t cancel or charge supplements because there are too few people on your safari!
