His career in the tourism industry began in November of 1998 when he was recruited as a support staff by Inns of Uganda at Jacana Safari Lodge as a laundry attendant. In 2005, he started working for Marasa Holding in the housekeeping department when he resigned to pursue a certificate in travel and tourism, IATA foundation and consultant diplomas at the Career Institute of Kampala.
