The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by important cultural, business and sports facilities. Less than a one kilometer begins Irtysh embankment with pedestrian area and the Leningrad's bridge, which offers one of the best views of the river Irtysh and Om. Not far from the bridge is one of the interesting landmarks of the city - K. Belov Museum, which occupies an old wooden house.
